Order Processing

Nordlicht Studio products are handcrafted in small batches, with many items made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States using trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping charges are displayed at checkout based on your order total.

Estimated carrier transit time is typically 5–8 business days after your order ships. Processing time and shipping transit time are separate.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Carrier delays may occasionally occur after a package has left Nordlicht Studio.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at nordlicht.studio1@gmail.com.

For damaged orders, please include photos of the product and packaging so we can help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
