Processing Time:

Order Processing
Our candles and room sprays are made to order in small batches to ensure freshness and longevity. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Carriers:
We ship exclusively within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. We always select the lowest-cost shipping option for your order.

Tracking:
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships. Nordlicht Studio is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at nordlicht.studio1@gmail.com. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
