Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every Nordlicht Studio product you bring into your home. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on most items within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

Candles & Wickless Candles: Must be unused and returned at the same weight as shipped.

Wax Melts: Must be unused and unaltered in shape, scent, or appearance.

Room Sprays: Must be unused with the original spray nozzle and cap attached.

Custom Orders:
Custom-made candles, wickless candles, and room sprays are made especially for you. These items are non-refundable unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us at nordlicht.studio1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for sending your item(s) back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.

Refunds:
Refunds are processed to your original payment method once the returned item is inspected and approved. Please allow 5–7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
